Trump welcomes Florida Gators to White House

President Donald Trump on Wednesday honored the 2024-25 national champion Florida Gators men's basketball team at the White House.
Florida aims to land transfer guard Boogie Fland to bolster the Gators backcourt and round out its 2025-26 roster.
Several media outlets reported Tuesday morning that Fland, who shined for the Razorbacks as a freshman (13.5 points per game, 5.1 assists) despite missing 15 games with a thumb injury, had pledged to UF, potentially giving the Gators another daunting backcourt in 2025-26.
Waldrep made his MLB debut last season, and he was far from ready. He allowed 13 earned runs in just seven combined innings pitched over two starts. He then went on the injured list right before he was supposed to be optioned to Triple-A. Once he returned he pitched for Gwinnett the rest of the season having a 3.17 ERA in seven starts.
Will Florida have the top class in the state again? Will Florida State's 2025 season impact it's 2026 recruiting? Can Miami close better this cycle?
