A Miami Twp. man is accused of threatening to organize a mob to target Black people and kill thousands in Cincinnati. A complaint was filed in federal court Thursday charging Scott M. Hanna, 30, with one count of making interstate communications with a threat to injure.

CINCINNATI (WXIX) - A Dayton man is under arrest after making social media threats to kill 30,000 people in Cincinnati. Scott Michael Hanna, 30, is accused of making the threat on X on July 31, according to the FBI Cincinnati Division. Hanna said he was organizing mobs to kill people in Cincinnati, the FBI explained.
