Antetokounmpo had to pretty much do it all by himself on Sunday after Damian Lillard exited the game in the first quarter. Lillard was unable to return, and the suspicion is that the six-time All-Star may have suffered a potentially season-ending injury.

To make matters worse, star guard Damian Lillard suffered a scary injury early in the game. Midway through the first quarter, while chasing a long offensive rebound, Lillard fell to the floor grabbing his lower left leg.

Damian Lillard has a bit of a history of getting punished for doing the right thing. For years he was the face of loyalty in the NBA. He spent the bulk of his prime watching his contemporaries link up on the team of their choice and compete for championships.
