Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are packing up their picture-perfect life in the English countryside and putting their Cotswolds dream home on the market.

Ellen DeGeneres has been mocked over her new UK home, with many dubbing the mansion a “monstrosity”. The comedian and her wife, Aussie actress Portia de Rossi, have moved into a hilltop mansion in Oxfordshire after putting their £15 million ($A31 million) Cotswolds farmhouse on the market.

Vance, his wife Usha and their three young children plan to stay in a cottage in the Cotswolds, where Ellen DeGeneres now lives.

Ellen DeGeneres confirmed during a July 20 public appearance that she moved from the U.S. to England permanently because of Donald Trump. She and wife Portia de Rossi initially planned to live in the U.

The comedian and former talk show host confirmed that she and her wife moved to the U.K. because of the MAGA leader’s re-election.

Ellen DeGeneres has said that she moved to the UK with her wife Portia de Rossi because of Donald Trump’s election victory. The former talk show host, 67, travelled to the Cotswolds with de Rossi in November last year, shortly before Trump was elected as US president for a second term.

In her first public appearance since her move to the UK last year, DeGeneres, 67, said, "I want to have fun, I want to do something"
