Hundreds of students at Colorado State University skipped classes in order to participate in a protest outside of the university's administration building.

About 300 people marched at Colorado State University, demanding the university push back against Department of Education's efforts to end DEI efforts.

CSU is the first college in Colorado to announce several changes in response to presidential directives. Others are not shutting down efforts around diversity but are closely monitoring the situation.
