The Buffalo Bills traded up to the No. 41 overall pick in the second round of the NFL Draft. Buffalo received picks 41, 72 and 240 and sent Nos. 56, 62 and 109 to the Chicago Bears. The Bills selected South Carolina defensive end T.J. Sanders at No. 41.

The Buffalo Bills added to their defensive line by selecting South Carolina defensive tackle TJ Sanders with the 41st overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. The Bills were impressed with the redshirt junior's play to make a massive swing up the board, making a trade with the Chicago Bears and moving up 15 spots to select the lineman.
