Purdue football has belatedly added another member of coach Barry Odom's former UNLV defense. Linebacker Charles Correa signed with the Boilermakers on Monday night. The sophomore with three years of eligibility remaining had been a projected starter for the Rebels before entering his name in the NCAA transfer portal prior to its closing last week.

A safety reunites with Barry Odom after a gap year under the tutelage of Deion Sanders. But this former four-star was most productive and trusted playing under Odom.

Purdue added two more players via the transfer portal on Tuesday, landing defensive backs An'Darius Coffey (Memphis) and Traveon Wright (Mississippi State).
