Astronomer CEO Andy Byron was seen cozying up with company HR head Kristin Cabot at the Coldplay concert, sparking affair rumours.

The technology company Astronomer said its CEO, Andy Byron, has resigned after he was shown embracing a woman on a screen during a Coldplay concert.Astronomer's board of directors accepted the resignation Saturday,

"Anybody in here with their side chick or whatever, I think you're safe here," the country music star told the crowd during his concert Friday.

Andy Byron, who has found himself at the center of a social media firestorm over a Coldplay concert video, was the CEO of a tech company named Astronomer. On July 19, the company announced that Byron has resigned in the wake of the scandal.

In an email to the Globe, an Astronomer spokesperson said that company leaders “are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.”

Coldplay wants no further involvement in the Astronomer CEO/HR boss saga after accitendally outing the cheaters.

His alleged mistress, Kristin Cabot, might not have the same financial dilemma in the face of divorce, Chemtob noted, as she and her apparent husband, Privateer Rum owner Andrew Cabot, seem to have been together a relatively short time. The details can get much dicier if either couple had prenuptial or postnuptial agreements, Chemtob noted.
