Can you use the coffee shop without buying an aquarium ticket?

There is a cafe at the top of the building with a full glass view of Loch Lomond and Ben Lomond. I can not say if they would allow you to bring your own food. But there is seating just out side the building for you to have a picnic and view the Loch. I hope this helps you a little Kind regards
