Hi, you have two cold spring locations to choose. I went to Happy Hollow up the North Mountain. They have a retaining wall with two spickets. You can also go to Whittington Springs in the West Mountain. Hope that helps, enjoy. We loved it! The spickets downtown are all hot springs.

Yes, there is an elevator to take to the top and you do drive to get to the visitor center to get to the elevator.

not sure why but it is in Arkansas and it has some pretty awesome views there
