Stay at the Mockingbird Hill in Port Antonio. They will organize everything for you. Take your time! Rushing in and out in one day would not be my recommendation. Take another day at Frenchmen's cove or Winnifred Beach or enjoy walking upt the river at Reach Falls with a private guide (also organized by the hotel). The prices are affordable and the restaurant Mille Fleur is outstanding - not just for Jamaica. Rafting on the Rio Grande is not just a ride in the amusement park "Jamaica". If you take your time you will enjoy an experience you will hardly get anywhere else at least in my opinion..
