Logan Botanic Garden is closed for winter. Following storm damage from Storm Eowyn Snowdrop Weekends in February are cancelled. We re-open daily on 1 March 10am-5pm. At the south-western tip of Scotland lies Logan, the country's 'most exotic garden'. Warmed by the Gulf Stream, southern hemisphere plants flourish in this plantsman's paradise near Port Logan in Dumfries & Galloway. Part of the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh. Voted 'Best Garden in the UK 2021' by Which? magazine. Winner of Dumfries & Galloway Life Awards 'Tourism Champion' in 2021 & 2017. 5* rating by VisitScotland. Green Tourism 'Gold' award. If you call on 01776-860231 a few days prior to your visit we will put one aside for you. We have adapted many of the areas of the garden over the last few years making access easier for lesser mobile visitors. We also have wheelchair accessible picnic benches which we have received positive feedback about. We look forward to welcoming you to Logan. kind regards.

We can confirm that dogs are not allowed in the Garden. Only registered guide dogs are allowed. on behalf of the Curator
