where is the best and closest camping
A:
Camping us no longer allowed at the trailhead or at the hot springs. Toketee Lake Campground is 3 miles away and Lemolo Forebay Campground is 4 miles from the trailhead.

A:
First come first serve. I'd advise early or late. There's a campground about 3 miles away on the reservoir that you can either drive from or hike along the river to the springs.

Yes, it smells like sulfur like other hot springs usually do. Don't know how it is right now, I have not been there for months
