Hello Martyna, I don't think you can. In all my visits I have never seen any dogs in the aquarium. Sorry for late reply. You could always email and ask them.
Can you use the coffee shop without buying an aquarium ticket?

There is a cafe at the top which looks out over the loch, big panoramic windows. They sell hot and cold food and have a microwave for heating up baby food. Not sure what the rules are for bringing your own. The food is ok and not too horrendously priced. You can also picnic on the shores of the weather is nice and there is a play park right next to the shore behind the aquarium.
