There is no fee to visit Norfolk Lavender itself. You may wander around at leisure the Grounds adjacent to Caley Mill (Norfolk Lavender HQ). You will see the National Collection of Lavender as well as the mini lavender garden and new coastal garden. There is a nursery on site and also a very pleasant area just across the Bridge to wander a while and perhaps sit and picnic. There is a small fee if you would like to do the on site Guided Tour. The Tours run 7 days a week at: 11am 12 1pm 2pm (weather permitting) There is also a fee if you wanted to visit the Animal Farm. Parking is also free.
