It is around a 5 hour drive from Monument Valley to Torrey via UT 95. Depending on you driving style you should be able to spend an hour or so Natural Bridges. Please go with a full tank of gas. After Blanding (if you go that far) there and no services until Hanksville. The drive is beautiful and stop at the Hite Overlook a couple miles after you cross the Colorado River.While no facilities there, it is a nice place to eat lunch and look over the Colorado River valley.

Basically, the roads are good and traversable. There is a stretch of road called the Moki Dugway that has a steep ascent or descent depending on which way you're traveling. It is a gorgeous drive with unparalleled scenery, so I would suggest taking this road unless you do not feel comfortable with winding roads, hairpin curves, and steep grades of roads.

I know that disabilities come in many different kinds, but I think all the overlooks at Natural Bridges are fully accessible. Getting to the bridges themselves is a bit harder, but the Owachomo bridge trail is the shortest, has stairs but no ladder, and gets you right underneath the bridge itself.
